Most of us dread job interviews but it’s the key to a successful job. Hence it is important to approach interviews in the correct manner and with the right attitude, as that is the key to success.
Here are a few simple ways you could shake off your jittery, butterflies-in-the stomach feeling before an interview jitters.

. Go prepared:- generally, job applicants tend to get nervous because they don’t know what to expect. Plan ahead and think all through the worst case scenarios. By worst case scenarios I don’t mean thinking about questions like “why do you want to work with us” or what makes you different from the other candidates. Jotting down answers to the questions you fear the most is what I am implying to. Is you remaining cool, calm and collected during an interview, you will project an air of confidence that employers find attractive in a candidate. Rehearse a few questions, if possible.

. know about the organization:- Find out about the company’s vision, goal, products, the work culture and the management from the website. Then from the job description, analyses how suitable you are as a candidate. You can’t be prepared for all questions as there will be some goalies and bouncers hurled at you. But there are some common interview questions and if you’re prepared for them, half the battle is won. You’ll be less tongue-tied and appear more confident if you’re ready with the response. Be thorough with your CV:- your CV has serves you well so far. your CV will also make your interviewers question you about your past experiences in other organizations. Do NOT add false information to your CV, as recruiters have their own way of cross checking things. Make sure your CV highlights your strengths, Focus in what you want to convey about yourself rather than guessing what the interviewer in thinking.

Act confident:- Even if you don’t feel confident, act as one emanating confidence. Your body language should be accurate and you should be making a positive impact during the interview. Always remind yourself of your skills and accomplishments and why you are the best person for the job. Visualize yourself doing a great job. If you experience shaky hands, then fold them and place them in your lap. If you have a trembling voice or butterflies in your stomach, take several deep, calming breaths. Also, your personality is highly affects by the confidence level within you. So, make sure you are confident, and not overconfident about getting the job.

. Getting nervous is natural:-
Felling nervous during the interview is natural and it’s ok to admit it. During the beginning of the interview or if you start to stumble like, “i apologize, I’m extremely nervous “or “it’s been quite some time that I’ve been in this position.” Know that mistakes will happen. But to rectify those in time is what your interviewer is looking for.

Lastly, it goes without saying, be relaxed and don’t worry too much. The job interview is for both parties, i.e. Both for you and the employer to decide on the respective suitability’s; so go with an open mind and try to be calm

However, most of the young businesses usually make similar mistakes during business. The results of these same mistakes are usually the same for them. Therefore it is not right to celebrate happiness before time with joy.

Bending ahead to the challenges:-
Whenever a new person becomes entrepreneur, he is obsessed with doing all the work. But, when he gets a tough challenge that he has never faced. So in front of such a challenge, they do nothing and simply accept defeat. Most of the young entrepreneur initially accept defeat due to the failures or challenges found in the past year and not take the business forward. This is their biggest mistake. To be successful, it is very important to deal with all the situations and prove yourself. Do not fall asleep in front of him. To become a successful entrepreneur, why not face the difficult challenge on the way without fear him. should not give up, should face all those problems and not fear him.

Doing everything alone:-
I get that you feel like you have to do everything in you company on your own, but this is simply not true. For the fear of losing control, you will most likely turn to micromanaging and wasting time on different tasks that you are not very good at or even like. Don’t be afraid to hire new people to do these tasks, they might be better and make your already stressful life much more pleasant. Keep in mind, two heads are better than one.

Workplace competition can help make your staff more productive, more engaged and more energized. However, it can also stress them out, crush their confidence and lead to lasting resentment. Some people are naturally competitive and thrive in competitions, while others aren’t and will cringe at the mere idea of a contest.
Every interpreneure wants to compete on the workplace, because it only shows that Employees are trying to give their best. All are working properly, or if there is a competition between them, it is possible to see them. Who has the ability to do any task after the end? But some disturbance occurs when the competition takes a dangerous shape instead of being healthy. Because of keeping such an employee in that team, they will do well so that your work will benefit a lot. It has been seen many times that you want to keep your office culture as you think.. If you want to create a work culture in your office then equate all those people time to time who relate with this to it this will increase your work culture.

Respect to help:-
Many times it happens in the office that any Employee has to face some problem, there are many employees in the office, who help their fellow Employees to learn some work. They help them get them done. Take Feedback about such an Employee and honor them. If you do this by honoring them, then in the rest of the workforce, this message will send that the people working together in the company are liked. So that they will also try to give their best to every task

Pay close attention to how your workplace competitions unfold — not just in business results, but also in human terms. Are tempers flaring? Are people snapping at each other or becoming uncooperative? If a competition starts to go off the rails, call a halt to discuss the problems and, if you have to, end the competition.

Stay Focused on the End Goal:-
It’s great when employees get excited about the competition, but sometimes they get so excited they forget about the ultimate goal. For example, if your contest measures how many calls your customer service reps handle in a day, they might get so focused on speed that they start rushing through calls — and service quality declines.

Stress:-
A stressful day-to-day environment can be a sign of a competitive work environment, especially when the success of some employees reflects poorly on their coworkers. This type of workplace can take the pleasure out of day-to-day work tasks, and even have negative impacts on employees’ physical and mental health.
